Tis the season...
Mar. 12th, 2014 07:54 pm...for gardening catalogues. Which means, thank Christ, that the end of this horrendous winter is nearly upon us!
Of course, Florida is also wonderful for escaping horrible unending winter. Only been here a day but I already know I may not return on Tuesday.
I bought so many daylilies today. And, because I didn't want their splendour to be lost among all the other beautiful plants in the mansion gardens, I bought a house with a yard to put them in. In Salem. Not in Florida.
If anyone fancies doing some minor house-related construction/electrical/landscaping projects, let me know. I'm hoping to fix it up and rent it out.
Oh, also, students, I hear from the substitute that you were all respectful and attentive today. Seriously? Don't give her too easy a time, y'know? Keep her on her toes, at least!
